Private   ◦   Corporate   ◦   Group

Customised private or small group lessons.  All equipment is provided.

Private One to One yoga...

The traditional way of learning yoga.  I will customise the lesson to your specific goals and needs, ranging from improving strength and mobility to meditation and mindfulness breathing techniques, and progression will be at your own pace over time.

This format is ideal if you have injuries, are rehabilitating or would just prefer to learn privately.

Corporate yoga classes...

This is a great way to step away from the screen and create some head space at the office.  The 45 minute or 60 minute classes are either conducted privately or in small groups of up to six to ensure personal attention and safety.

Classes are structured specifically to target desk workers, and progressions will be provided for students over time. Each lesson will end with a short guided meditation and relaxation session to encourage mental clarity before returning to the desk.

Small group classes...

Get together with friends and family to learn yoga as a small group.  Group classes are available for up to six students to ensure personal attention and safety.

Decide as a group what to focus on, or let me tailor a lesson to suit.

General information:

  • Whether the class will be at your home or the office, please ensure that the room will have enough space for the number of students (and me!).
  • Please inform me prior to the start of class if you have any injuries, are experiencing any pain, are pregnant, or have any other concern that requires special attention. Yoga should not be painful - please let me know if you feel any pain so that the postures can be adjusted accordingly.
  • All equipment is provided, however students are welcome to use their own mats if preferred. For your reference, I use 6mm eco-friendly, non-toxic mats cleaned after every class, that are suitable for both hard flooring and carpet.
  • It is recommended to wear clothes that allow freedom of movement, however no special clothes are required (eg. simple t-shirt/tank top and shorts/leggings/loose pants would be appropriate). Please remove your shoes and socks for class.
  • Please ensure that you do not eat right before class. The practice will be uncomfortable if you feel full.
